hi, my name is millie. I am 26 yrs old, and I live in the USA. offline, I work as a lab tech.
my main hobbies are reading, writing, video games, drawing,and crochet. sometimes I scrapbook, and do diamond art. it just depends!
I have 3 cats who I love dearly, and I'm currently looking after my sibling's 2 rats. my kitties are junebug, age 5; stella, age 12; and declan, age 10.
I also look after my sibling's rats, Cashew and Macadamia, and am an auntie to their kitties, Goose and Teddy.
I've been into self shipping/self inserting since I was 6 years old. my first beloved was Ben Tennyson from the original Ben 10 and Alien Force. later, when I was 12-13, my loves were Lion-O (ThunderCats 2011) and Belarus (Hetalia). I was often embarassed of my deep, intense feelings for fictional characters. it wasn't until I was 18 and I discovered the self ship community on tumblr that I finally felt comfortable, and began creating even deeper relationships with those whom I loved.
otherwise... I was an English major for 2ish years, and changed majors a lot. I finally switched to the MLT track and graduated at 24 with my associate's. I have autism/ADHD - normally I don't suggest telling people about your diagnoses, but I feel like those are things you can tell from Everything about me, haha. also, those inform the way I interact with the world in all aspects, so I feel like it's important to know.
I watch a lot of youtube, mostly John Wolfe, Folding Ideas, Hbomberguy, Red Letter Media, stuff like that. I like true crime, but not in the weird way. I just think it's interesting. I also like learning about unsolved mysteries and stuff like that.
I've also been into Uma Musume lately, and that's bled into enjoying IRL horse racing and stuff. I hope to eventually get some horse riding lessons!
I consider myself spiritual. I do go to church (Episcopalian), but to be quite honest, I've struggled with my faith recently, just as much as I did in the past, and I don't really know how or what I feel now. I do feel a spiritual connection to Xander, though. I'm very certain of that.
